Description

A performance dashboard refers to the real time capture and display of information about key activities and processes associated with an organization. Performance dashboards play an important role because they link an organization’s strategic plan with its action plan.

Just as an automobile or an airplane dashboard displays real time information critical for the driver or pilot, an organization’s dashboard captures its performance in key areas, such as customer satisfaction, employee retention, and more.

Deliverables

We review your existing strategic and/or business plans to help you identify the measures that are most important to track, measure, and display. We then develop dashboards that aggregate all of the relevant performance measures into a single location, whether an Excel spreadsheet or a web-based tool.
