NEED 

We define “capacity” as having the resources (people, money, time, knowledge, etc.) to implement a plan. It’s something with which all organizations struggle. No matter what industry, sector, or amount of money at play, leaders consistently talk about building the capacity to do more. Not having the capacity to implement has and continues to have a profound impact on small organizations, particularly non-profit organizations. In fact, recent research by a number of major foundations concludes that the capacity constraints facing non-profit organizations will only increase over time.
