Telephone Polls

Telephone Polls

Description

A telephone poll is a form of qualitative research that involves conducting a formal, scripted questionnaire over the telephone. Telephone polls can range in length from a few minutes to half-an-hour. Our researchers have the interpersonal skills and the cultural competency to work with a wide variety of interview subjects—from senior executives to front line employees. We work with youth, low-income parents, and historically under-represented ethnic and racial minority groups.
