Surveys (Paper and Online)

Description

For those who do not wish to spend the time and energy creating something from scratch (especially when it might already exist), we offer pre-designed paper surveys you can use and adapt for your own research initiatives. We are experienced with survey design and have developed a number of unique ways to elicit information from respondents that “meets them where they are.” Our surveys are designed from years of experience working with a wide variety of populations (e.g., executives, non-exempt employees, parents, students, etc.) and sectors (private and public).

Deliverables

All surveys are designed, formatted, and printed in-house. Customers receive a restricted license to use all Symphonic Strategies’ Surveys according to the terms of the license agreement.
