Focus Groups
Description
A focus group is a form of qualitative research designed to capture the perceptions and attitudes of a group of people about a product, service, concept, advertisement, idea, or brand. We are equipped to handle the entire process from concept to implementation.
That includes:
- Design and development of the questions and agenda
- Participant recruitment and selection
- Participant stipends and release forms
- Site selection and reservation
- Food and refreshments
- Translation (from English to Spanish)
- Transcription
Deliverables
All focus group sessions are intentionally kept small to create the optimal conditions for the exchange of ideas and opinions. Clients receive a concise summary of findings, as well as edited transcripts from each focus group session.
