Short-Term Engagements
Short-term engagements are typically no longer than a few days or weeks and are designed to help you meet an immediate deadline. Short-term engagements include keynotes, presentations, workshops and seminars, surveys, and literature reviews. Most short-term engagements are priced by the hour and the rates depend on the skill level required to support you.
Intermediate Engagements
Intermediate engagements are typically longer than a few weeks, but shorter than a year. They are designed to assess initial conditions, lay the groundwork for bold action, and to prepare you and those around you for a conversation about something bigger and better. They include ecosystem mapping, road mapping, design labs, and a variety of research projects. Intermediate engagements are normally priced by the day and often start with a base price.
Long-Term Engagement
Long-term engagements are typically a year or longer. They tend to focus on holistic solutions that involve work in several areas over a sustained period of time.   They are designed for action and often involve projects with clear milestones that build upon one another. They include strategic planning, as well as leadership and organization development. The pricing for long-term engagements are based on the scope of work.
