Our Story
From Local Roots to System Change
Symphonic Strategies was founded in 2004 in Washington, D.C., to help community-based organizations strengthen leadership and create lasting impact. What began as local capacity-building soon grew into partnerships with national networks and foundations united by a common goal—clarity and alignment in complex systems.
Over the years, we’ve helped organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the Muhammad Ali Center, and Grameen America translate vision into coordinated action. We’ve also guided leaders in government, philanthropy, and the private sector, from NIH and VA to AARP, NBCUniversal, and the Audubon Society, through strategy, culture, and systems change.
Today, Symphonic Strategies is more than a consulting firm. We are a platform for collective action, helping leaders and institutions move with clarity, rhythm, and purpose when it matters most.
