Kimberly Boyd Lewis

Kimberly is a seasoned leader with a diverse background. She is a Certified Executive & Personal Coach, Trainer and Speaker. Having started her career as a social worker for pregnant adolescents this developed her keen interest in the development of others. 

Kimberly has utilized her diverse skills by managing a portfolio of more than ten million dollars to fund programming related to issues facing women and children along with developing programs for emerging leaders. Kimberly has coached more than 200 clients across three continents.  

Throughout her career, Kimberly worked with leaders from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). 

Kimberly holds a Masters degree in Social Work and a Masters degree in Business Administration.  She received her coach training from Coach U and the CAPP training institute.  She resides in Maryland with her husband and two beautiful and brilliant daughters.
