Megan Arendall has dedicated an impressive 15 years to Symphonic Strategies’ growth and success. She is a seasoned professional with a diverse background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences from the University of Alabama, where she not only graduated Cum Laude but also earned memberships in prestigious honor societies, Gamma Beta Phi and Phi Eta Sigma.

Megan's commitment to continuous learning is evident in her educational pursuits, which include completing the Marketing Strategy for Business Leaders executive program at Cornell University. Furthermore, she has earned certifications in InDesign and Premier Pro from Future Media Concepts, showcasing her dedication to staying at the forefront of industry trends.

Before joining Symphonic Strategies, Megan served in impactful roles at The Children's Defense Fund, a national child advocacy organization, and Distinguished Young Women, the largest scholarship program for high school girls, where she held the position of Marketing and Communications Director.

Throughout her tenure at Symphonic, Megan has left an indelible mark, working with notable clients such as the Magic Johnson Foundation, the Department of Agriculture USDA FNS, the Muhammad Ali Center, Grameen America, the Kauffman Foundation, Prosperity Now, the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute at NIH, and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Her diverse roles within the company have included Assistant Director of Marketing and Business Development, as well as Director of Operations and Project Management.

Megan's extensive experience encompasses project management, operational management, research, writing, and graphic design. Her multifaceted skill set and unwavering dedication have contributed significantly to Symphonic Strategies' reputation for delivering impactful research, training, and consulting services. As Chief of Staff, Megan continues to lead with vision and excellence, embodying the firm's commitment to driving positive change and innovation in the industry.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Megan is a dedicated community advocate, contributing to various charitable causes. She has actively served on the Celebrate Hope Committee of the Mitchell Cancer Institute, joined the National Multiple Sclerosis Society's Leadership Class of 2015, and co-chaired galas for the American Cancer Society in both 2020 and 2021. Megan embodies leadership excellence, both within the professional realm and in her commitment to making a positive impact on the community.
